For the past 20 years, the garden has been largely unused and until a year ago was the domain of her dog Charlie. Jamie works his magic and turns the forgotten brick backyard into an entertainer’s paradise.

Dr Chris Brown sets out on a morning mission to discover Sydney’s costal rockpools. He meets some avid enthusiasts of Sydney’s Mahon Pool, including 89-year-old Joan, who swears by a daily dip, before taking to the skies in a helicopter in search of a rockpool to call his own.
Donning his Brisbane Roar jersey, Miguel Maestre turns up to the team’s training session, where he runs through challenges to see if he can make the squad. Although he does not make the cut, there is a position for him as team chef. Miguel creates a goal-scoring meal, using seven of the top 10 most nutritious ingredients in the world.
