Seven trims Restaurant Revolution

Has cooking show overload finally set in?

That seems to be the case with Seven anouncing that Restauraunt Revolution has been trimmed from four nights a week to two.

The series sees amateur chefs opening pop-up restaurants around the country and allowing viewers to dine in and cretiquge the food served up.

The seires will now air in double episodes on Mondays at 7:30 pm and Thursdays at 8pm.

Tonight’s episode sees the restaurents open for the first times and teams hit panic stations as they try and pull their restaurant vision together ahead of opening their restaurants for the first time to an expectant VIP gathering of family, friends, media and celebrities. Which team will shine and who will crack under the pressure? .

to fill the gap  factuals Dr Harry’s Craziest House Calls will air  on Tuesday and Border Security  will return to Wednesday.
