Seven stops Dancing with The Stars

Ahead of releasing its plans for 2017, tomorrow Seven has confirmed that Dancing with The Stars will not be returning to the network.

“We’ve had a great deal of enjoyment and fun during the incredible 12 years of tulle and twirling Dancing has given us all. The audience numbers from the last season were disappointing, though, and the show will not return in 2017,” a Seven spokeswoman told the Daily Telegraph

Dancing with the Stars premiered in Australia in 2004 with original hosts Daryl Somers and Sonia Krueger. while  Daniel MacPherson, Shane Bourne , Mel B  and Edwina Bartholomew  have hosted the series throughout its 11-year run.

    How long until Channel 9 pick it up with Daryl Sommers & Sonja Kruger hosting again? Their celebrities would include Shelley Craft, Scott Cam, Catriona Rowntree, Sam Newman, Delta Goodrem plus some D grade celebrities needed publicity
