After five adventure-filled weeks on The Bachelorette Australia, Sam Frost has found true love with Sasha Mielczarek.
In the epic season finale, filmed on New Zealand’s North Island, Sam and Sasha declared their love for one another on a property overlooking Auckland’s harbour.
Sam told Sasha: “I feel so blessed that you’re here and I feel so happy. I never thought I was going to find love Sash, and I love you so much.”
Having played his cards close to his chest all season, Sasha bared all during his final date with Sam, telling her that he loved her. After Sam assured him he was the one in the episode’s final moments,
Sasha reiterated how he felt. Sasha told Sam: “I truly do love you. I think you’re an amazing person and I feel so lucky to still be here with you.”
Leaving New Zealand broken-hearted was Michael Turnbull. On their final single date, Michael revealed to Sam that he was in love with her but despite this, their connection was to end in friendship only.
Michael said: “I was really looking forward to getting out there with Sam and creating new memories in the real world. And I don’t get that chance anymore and it’s pretty hard to think about from my point of view right now.”
After a year peppered with trials, tribulations and triumphs, Australia’s first Bachelorette has finally found what she’s been looking for.
Sam said: “I feel like I’ve found my happy ending because I gave love another chance and I’ve really, truly found it.”
