Renewed My Kitchen Rules

Well, we all knew this was coming Seven has  renewed  its hit Reality series My Kitchen Rules for a fifth season.

Seven is also calling for new contestants .Team members must have a pre-existing relationship. E.g. friends, relatives, partners, be at least 18 years of age on 1 May 2013 and be an Australian citizen or have been a permanent resident of Australia for at least two years.

 

Channel Seven today announced a fifth series of its culinary delight, My Kitchen Rules, which currently has audiences glued to their TV screens four nights a week.

With average nightly audiences of 2.915 million (regional and metropolitan markets), MKR is the Number 1 show on Australian television in 2013. The show has also enjoyed international success with the format rights sold to UK broadcaster Sky who will film their own series.

My Kitchen Rules executive producer Rikkie Proost says: “MKR is an opportunity for Australia’s most passionate home cooks. Those people who love to spend the weekend experimenting in the kitchen, baking for their work colleagues and devouring the latest cookbooks. MKR is all about showcasing their flare and enthusiasm.”
