It’s the Neighbours storyline that is sending the fandom into an emotional meltdown and boosting tissue sales worldwide. And tonight’s episode is no different when a favourite returns home.
The favourite, of course, is Callum Rebecchi (Morgan Baker), who returns home from LA on the day of the charity fundraiser that’s been organised for the Rebecchi’s. Sonya (Eve Morey) is left put on the spot as she hasn’t told him about her cancer diagnosis, not wanting him to worry while he’s so far from home.
At first, Callum tells his mother that he only found out about her news when he off the plane, but that’s soon revealed to be a cover up, and Sonya is livid when she finds out who told Callum, when she had no plans on letting him know just yet.
It’s great to see Callum return home for this emotional and major storyline and it’s clear how much he has grown up since we last saw him appear in 2017.
