Last night My Kitchen Rules had a double elimination to bring us up to the semi finals.
Three teams have already made it through to Semi-Finals; three teams are still fighting for a spot . Teams’ fate will be decided with a three course meal. Teams can choose the flavours and ingredients but judges choose the types of courses they served – a soup for entrée in 60mins, a roast for main in 90mins and a pastry for dessert in 30mins.

When it came time to judge Olga and Valaria overcooked their duck breast and, with minutes to spare, decided to char-grill the bird and plate that up instead. While the judges admitted they did well under the circumstances, they said the dish did not fit the brief. Meanwhile each team had a mixed night and Henry and Anna were eliminated along with Olga and Valeria
