Modern Family Cast  Land Down Under

The cast and crew of TEN’s hit comedy series Modern Family have touched down in Sydney ahead of filming a special holiday episode of the hit US sitcom in Australia.
The award-winning comedy series, will film in Australia over two weeks and capture some of the nation’s most iconic landscapes and famous landmarks.

Speaking recently with TEN Eyewitness News, Levitan confirmed that viewers can expect authentic Aussie escapades when the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker family holiday Down Under.

Talking to TEN’s Entertainment Reporter Angela Bishop last week, Levitan said: “We are going to do a lot around the [Sydney] harbour. There’s going to be a Bridge Climb. We are going to be out in the parks, out in the bush and we are going to even go to the Great Barrier Reef.” Rico Rodriguez, who plays Manny Delgado in the show, spoke to Angela Bishop yesterday morning when he touched down in Sydney and revealed he was “excited” to be here. Asked what he was looking forward to doing the most in Australia, Rico said: “Just having so much fun with my cast and my crew.”

New episodes of Modern Family, season five, start on TEN with a double episode event on Monday, February 24, at 7.30pm.
