Tonight Neighbours airs its much anticipated 90 minute episode and fans are in for a treat.
The episode centres around Toadie’s belated 21st birthday party, complete with a 1990s retro theme. Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) and her nemesis Izzy Hoyland (Natalie Bassingthwaighte) are reunited in typically unconventional circumstances for the party. Susan is immediately on guard, knowing Izzy has an agenda which is certain to involve Karl (Alan Fletcher).
Of course the party brings back many familiar faces including Stu Parker (Blair McDonough), Lance Wilkinson (Andrew Bibby), Kevin “Stonefish” Rebecchi (Anthony Engelman) as well as one very unwelcome guest.
With Tyler (Travis Burns) facing possible jail time, Piper (Mavournee Hazel) hatches a desperate plan and the young lovers make a life-changing decision that puts them in grave danger. Could the soulmates’ daredevil escape cost one of them their life?
All of that plus the arrival of a mystery stranger and potential rekindling of a love triangle means we have one hell of an episode that no one should miss.
Every cast member brings their A game as Neighbours lays the groundwork for bigger things to come.
