A Senior Constable arrives at the scene to find the bike rider on the ground and not breathing, and he Immediately he attends to the rider with CPR until the ambulance arrives. Due to the heavy rain and the dark, the driver is not at fault but is clearly shaken by what has happened. Will they be able to save the cyclist, or will this accident end in tragedy?
