Happy 4th Birthday Ryno’s TV

Happy 4th Birthday Ryno’s TV

Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.  Greg Anderson

As the site celebrate its 4th year on the air today it’s fair to say that the journey to get to this point hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly joy-filled.

2016 witnessed big changes on Ten, from the addition of Australian Survivor to the return of the Proudmans, who after a rocky opening found their feet in Offspring’s much-anticipated return. The year wasn’t without its heartbreak either, as Neighbours celebrated its first one-hour episode with a tragic hotel collapse and we joined Channel 7 to bid a tearful farewell to the girls on Winners and Losers.

The year saw the reviews steeped with a focus on big new shows like The Wrong Girl and Secret City. Rest assured there will be a lot more to come in 2017.

There are a few people who deserve a few thanks. First and foremost, it would be nothing without you the readers, so thanks for reading and commenting – it is truly appreciated.

Thanks also must go to Bianca, Andrew and Laura for helping to get the Twitter-sphere talking.

Special thanks also to Chris Khoury: you’re a legend for many different reasons and your support and friendship is without a doubt amazing.

Finally, to the publicists at the networks, your help is appreciated.

On the twitter sphere: The Family Feud Team, Andrew Morley, Nicola Charles, Johanna Griggs, Olympia Valance, Travis Burns, Mavournee Hazel, Gina Liano, Blake Ayshford, Marta Dusseldorp, Sara Wisemen, Sophie Hensser, and the awesome Winners and Losers team, mainly Dan Bennett , Virginia Gay and Emma Gordon, just to name a few who have been kind enough to retweet or converse with me thanks for your support.

Thanks must also go out to Steve Molk and Kevin Perry at Decider TV, Nadine at Gossip Communications, Anthony Farrell at The Pop Hub, and Victoria at Erinsborough News for their continued support and for answering questions even though they are in fact running their own sites, which are linked above.

To Courtney Lewdon your continued support is a blessing, thanks for the last five years of putting up with my crazy ideas the late night chats are a blessing and forever appreciated you are the best partner in crime I could ask for.

As the fantastic fourth year comes to a close I look forward to a fabulous fifth year which should be as dramatic as the previous four.

Thanks again

Ryno
