Last but not least in the Gold Logie Nomminee History is first timer Steve Peacocke.
Steve Peacocke knew he wanted to be an actor at the age of 16 however he didn’t go towards acting until he was 19 after spending a year as a Jackaroo. During his time at university Steve was in many Thetere preductions.
He entered television with a gust role in All saints in 2007 after that he guested in the 2008 telemovie Emerald Falls as a bushwalker. He has also had small roles in packed to the rafters and rake.
His big break came in 2011 when he was cast in a lead role in Home and away as Darryl Braxton a character that has been extremely popular.
In 2012 Peacocke won the Most Popular New Male Talent logie for his portrayal of Brax. This year he has 2 chances at succsess scoring a most popular actor nomination and a shot at the gold logie
