in what has been a whirlwind 24 hours of discussion between lawyers Gina Rinehart and Nine have come to a confidential agreement.
The agreement comes after MS Rineheart launched court action yesterday to gain assess to the second part of the telemovie House of Hancock on the grounds that it could be defaming. Ms Reinheart won the battle and was given a DVD copy of the episode to view. Both parties were back in court today where it was decided that t he second episode will go ahead but it’s expected changes will be made and viewers will get an edited copy.
The miniseries was kept under lock and key with media having to attend previews on site.
House of Hancock will air at 8:45 PM tomorrow on Nine.
