Cocktail couple Alex & Emily, QLD (Group 1) vs in-laws Dan & Gemma, SA (Group 2) in an elimination cook off last night.
Dan and Gemma served up a three-course meal that consisted of Entrée Steak Tartare Main Roast Lamb with Salt and Vinegar Cabbage Dessert were a Fresh Berry Tart.
Alex and Emily delivered a winning combination of Entrée Roasted Bone Marrow with Brussels Sprouts Main Roast Pork with Fennel and Apple Cider Jus and a Dessert Rhubarb & Mulberry Compote with Custard and Crumble.
After 3 rounds Alex and Emily eliminated Dan and Gemma with a score of 134 while the cricket loving in-laws scored 106.
On their exit Gemma: “We hit a few sixes but unfortunately we’ve been bowled out”
