There’s a lot of good news for Foxtel and Ten with the CW handing out new seasons to some superheroes and critic darlings.
Returning for new seasons which all air in Australia on Foxtel will be The Flash, and Jane The Virgin which will both back for their fourth seasons. Arrow will be back for a sixth season. , DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl will be back for their third seasons.
“Over the past several seasons, The CW has built a schedule of proven performers, from our lineup of DC superheroes, to critically acclaimed comedies, to sci-fi dramas,” CW president Mark Pedowitz said in a statement. “Early pickups of these seven series now allow our producers to plan ahead for next season, and gives us a solid base to build on for next season, with original scripted series to roll out all year long.”
Also, scoring renewals were the refreshing Crazy Ex-Girlfriend which will back for a third season and the long-running Supernatural which will return for their thirteenth season. Both shows air on Eleven
